As a former Regional Advocate for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Christine worked directly with entrepreneurs across New Jersey, New York, and Puerto Rico. In Morris County, she continues to champion policies that reduce red tape, create opportunity, and help local businesses thrive.
Christine partners closely with local police, fire, and emergency services to ensure strong public safety. She supports investments in preparedness, training, and resources so that families across Morris County remain safe and secure.

Christine is one of Morris County’s seven Commissioners. She previously served as Deputy Director and later as Director in 2024, roles that rotate annually. She is now running for re-election as Commissioner.
Christine was appointed by the President as Regional Advocate for the U.S. Small Business Administration (Region II) in 2017, representing New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Christine is focused on fiscal responsibility, preserving the county’s Triple-A bond rating, strengthening public safety, supporting small businesses, and ensuring responsive county services that protect taxpayers and improve quality of life.
Christine has helped preserve Morris County’s Triple-A bond rating for 48 consecutive years, supported a responsible long-term strategic plan, and prioritized smart fiscal policies that keep budgets balanced without sacrificing essential services.
Christine’s background includes leadership at AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, and Siemens, as well as co-founding Madison Park Foods, an award-winning natural food company. Her blend of private sector leadership and public service gives her a unique perspective on solving community challenges.
